Welcome to BoozeFinders.com (“BoozeFinders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). BoozeFinders is operated by Go-To Gifting, LLC, a California limited liability company.

BoozeFinders operates this website and online store, including all related content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide customers with a curated online liquor shopping experience.

BoozeFinders is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Services. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 – AGE VERIFICATION, ACCESS, AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)

  • You are legally permitted to purchase, receive, and possess alcoholic beverages

  • You will not provide alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age

We reserve the right to verify age at checkout, during order processing, or upon delivery.

You may be required to provide personal, billing, payment, and shipping information. You agree that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity conducted under it. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.

SECTION 2 – ALCOHOL COMPLIANCE & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

State & Local Laws

Alcohol sales and shipments are subject to federal, state, and local laws. Not all products are available in all states or jurisdictions, including but not limited to dry states, dry counties, or restricted municipalities.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for knowing and complying with your local alcohol laws

  • BoozeFinders may cancel or modify orders that cannot legally be shipped

  • Availability may change without notice due to regulatory updates

Adult Signature Required

All alcohol shipments require adult signature (21+) at delivery. Delivery carriers may request valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete delivery may result in returned shipments and restocking fees.

No Resale

Alcohol purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or exported.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe products. However:

  • Packaging, labeling, vintage, or appearance may vary

  • Product availability may change without notice

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales by region or customer.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Shipping restrictions

Once accepted, orders generally cannot be canceled or modified.

You authorize BoozeFinders to charge your selected payment method for all applicable charges.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only. BoozeFinders is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, regulatory inspections, or events beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the shipping carrier, where permitted by law.

Failed delivery attempts due to absence, refusal, or inability to verify age may result in additional fees.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including branding, text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Go-To Gifting, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

“BoozeFinders,” “TheBroBasket,” and related branding are trademarks of Go-To Gifting, LLC.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Third-party tools or services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We assume no responsibility for third-party tools.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or transactions. Access is at your own risk.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

BoozeFinders is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and BoozeFinders. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions conducted through the Services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to purchases made through the Services.

Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions may be used by BoozeFinders without compensation.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BoozeFinders.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
