BoozeFinders.com is operated by Go-To Gifting, LLC. Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable regulations, our return and refund policy includes important limitations. Please read carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible non-alcohol items, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

ALCOHOL SALES – ALL SALES FINAL

Alcoholic beverages are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The shipment is lost in transit

This policy exists due to federal and state alcohol regulations and public safety requirements.

If an alcohol item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Custom, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Alcoholic beverages (except as noted above)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous, flammable, or regulated materials

Please include your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For alcohol-related claims, documentation may be required for carrier or compliance purposes.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement (if eligible) is to complete an approved return and place a new order.

SHIPPING & FAILED DELIVERY

Alcohol shipments require adult signature (21+). If delivery fails due to absence, refusal, or inability to verify age, additional shipping or restocking fees may apply. Returned alcohol shipments may not be refundable.

EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return non-alcohol items within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet eligibility requirements.

Alcoholic beverages and custom items are excluded from EU cooling-off rights where permitted by law.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
