Because alcohol shipping regulations vary by jurisdiction, availability and delivery options may differ depending on the destination address.

Legal Compliance & Shipping Restrictions

Alcohol shipments are subject to federal, state, and local regulations, including restrictions in certain areas.

BoozeFinders:

  • Ships alcohol only where legally permitted
  • May cancel or modify orders that cannot be shipped compliantly
  • Does not guarantee product availability in all locations

Customers are responsible for ensuring alcohol delivery is legal at their address. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or cancellations due to legal restrictions.

Age Requirement & Adult Signature

21+ Adult Signature Required

All alcohol deliveries require:

  • A recipient aged 21 or older
  • Adult signature at delivery
  • Valid government-issued ID (if requested)

Alcohol cannot be left unattended or delivered to minors.

Failed delivery due to absence, refusal, or age verification issues may result in additional fees or non-refundable returns.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–7 business days after shipment
  • We use licensed carriers authorized to transport alcohol

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees & Taxes

Risk of Loss & Title

Where permitted by law, ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

Orders may be returned due to:

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • Outer packaging
  • Shipping label

Claims outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processed or shipped.
